Healthcare ResultsWorking with Washington University's Physician Billing Service, DataServ found that the secondary claims process within the AR cycle took over three man-weeks each month because documents spent weeks in error-prone, manual, paper-based processing. This significantly extended each claim's Days in AR (DAR). By developing a system allowing for the batch print of all secondary claims, DataServ reduced the department's process of generating these claims to three man-days a month. This is just one of a number of DataServ document-centricTM Solutions within the AR cycle at Washington University School of Medicine.
